IF YOU ARE NOW JOINING US ON OUR NEW AND IMPROVED EL PATIO REWARDS PROGRAM, AND WERE PART OF OUR PREVIOUS REWARDS PROGRAM, PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEP BELOW TO GET BACK ALL YOUR POINTS STORED ON YOUR PREVIOS REWARDS ACCOUNT.
1. SIGN UP
In order to add your points from your previous account, you must create a new account on our new El Patio Rewards Program.
2. OLD ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Send us an email providing your old account information, so our team can look up your old account and add your stored points from our old Rewards Program to your new account.
Please provide the following information:
1. First and last name registered to your old account
2. Email address registered to your old account
3. Phone number registered to your old account.
4. Old account number. (If Possible)
*Once that information has been provided, please allow our team members up to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to update your new account balance.
